0.01 was subtracted from the ARM of every traffic count with a Leg value of 1, 0.01 was added to the ARM every traffic count with a Leg value of 2, and the ARM value of every traffic count with a Leg value of blank was left as is. These ARM values were then used to calculate an SRMP and A/B for each count.

Placed extracted data tables (mainline and ramps) on to 24k Linear referencing System using Route events. This was placed against the 2006 edition of the LRS. Mainline points were placed on Increasing LRS and ramp points were placed on Ramp LRS. Those records that did not place were evaulated and given a '1' value in the EVENTERR field.
