ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 11.1 includes new integration capabilities with add-on components, expanded analysis capabilities, improved usability and performance, and stability enhancements throughout the product. For a list of issues that were fixed at 11.1, see the 11.1 Issues Addressed List.
General updates
- A new add-on manager is available in ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager, allowing you to easily install and manage add-ons that are available in the ArcGIS GeoEvent Server Gallery. - A new page in GeoEvent Manager allows you to now specify the configuration store and gateway directories.
- The GeoEvent Sampler is now open by default in GeoEvent Manager, allowing you to more quickly view your real-time data as it is processed in your GeoEvent Services.
- GeoEvent Manager was improved with faster load times and performance.
Analysis
- The Buffer Creator Processor now supports geodesic geometry as well as expressions that can include literal strings, numeric constants, and event data taken from named fields in the event being processed, similar to the Field Calculator Processor.
- The Range Fan Calculator Processor now supports expressions that can include literal strings, numeric constants, and event data taken from named fields in the event being processed, similar to the Field Calculator Processor.
- The Field Enricher (Feature Service) Processor now supports setting a cache refresh interval in seconds.
