Functionality matrix

The following table outlines ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud functionality differences available to the supported account types. (If you're using the legacy Plus account, refer to the FAQ for details about deprecation plans for this account type.) Once you sign in, any functionality in the extension that is not accessible based on your account type will be identified with a key icon Key icon for account types.

1—The number of locations that can be geocoded from a local shapefile, CSV, TXT, or KML file format is limited to 4,000 features. Geocoding consumes credits (except for ArcGIS Enterprise accounts when the portal is not using ArcGIS World Geocoding Service). For Plus accounts, the credits per monthly term equate to 4,000 geocoded addresses.

2—This includes curated content that's well-suited for common graphic design work, including layers, sample web maps, and two basemaps with worldwide coverage (Natural Earth and VectorStreetMap—compatible with the Legacy mapping profile).

3—Plus accounts provide access to the following limited set of ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World vector tile basemaps that cover a range of mapping scenarios: Light Gray Canvas, Dark Gray Canvas, Topographic, Charted Territory Map, Imagery Hybrid, and Navigation.

4—Running these tools consumes credits (except for ArcGIS Enterprise accounts when the portal is not configured to use utility services from ArcGIS Online). For Plus accounts, the credits per monthly term equate to 320 drive-time analysis areas, 32,000 routes, or 16,000 demographic attributes (or combined portions of these and any geocoding). ArcGIS organizational accounts require sufficient privileges to use these tools.

5—To share your compiled map as a web map, your ArcGIS organizational account must have privileges to create and share content.
