<stepDesc>The Roadway Datasets are extracted from the Roadway Datamart using SQL queries and stored as Excel spreadsheets. These spreadsheets are placed as events on the StateRouteLRS data layer using the ArcGIS Display Route Events function with route names that include the direction of travel ( i, d). The event layers are converted to feature classes and loaded into an SDE database for publication.</stepDesc>
