Subject: Spatial data products and inputs from the Washington Habitat Connectivity Action Plan (WAHCAP) developed in 2025 Washington State Department of Transportation. Collectively, HCIP and WAHCAP products can be used by WSDOT and partners to focus efforts to maintain or improve wildlife connectivity and reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions along the state highway system.
